The Layout of the mansion

The mansion consists of five independent apartments of various sizes, each one consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa-bed, bedroom, and bathroom. On the ground floor, the Irpinia apartment sets itself apart because it is set up to also accomodate people with disabilities and has a children’s bedroom.
Two of the apartments on the second floor, Etruria and Tuscia, have the advantage that they can be joined together, according to our guests’ requests.
All of our apartments have a double sofa-bed in the living room.

Special Features

Among the many things that make our mansion special are the luxurious swimming pool and the 65 hectares of land surrounding it, offering an infinite amount of paths to explore on foot, by bicycle, or on horseback.
You can relax in the lovely garden with its barbecue area and personal gazebos.
Reserving the entire mansion exclusively for you is the ideal way to vacation with your family or a group of friends and immerse yourself in nature, relax and enjoy a comfortable and carefree holiday.

Immersed in the delightful Tuscan countryside, the complex consisting of the mansion with its recently renovated apartments and historic church is surrounded by beautiful gardens with swimming pool and private gazebos. All around are the woods and valleys, as well as the riding stables. The perfect setting to enjoy the beauty of nature in peace and well-being.
